While riding through rural Thailand, I came across a small roadside shelter surrounded by open fields and distant hills. It was simple and peaceful—the kind of place that invites a traveler to stop without needing a reason.
I sat down for a while and listened to the birds singing nearby. A soft breeze moved through the fields, carrying the calm rhythm of the countryside.
There was no traffic, no crowd, and no schedule to follow. For a few minutes, the journey became completely still.

The bags came off the Honda Cub one by one. Tent poles, groundsheet, sleeping gear, and small camping items slowly spread across the grass. Setting up camp is never hurried. Each simple task marks the change from traveling to staying.
With the open field in front of me and the trees moving gently in the wind, this already felt like the right place to spend the night.
