Black Feels Left Behind
Yellow Cat Story 39 begins with Black admitting something she rarely says out loud: she feels lonely.
Yellow is always outside, always busy, and always involved in another mysterious piece of “business.” He leaves with confidence, returns with excuses, and somehow expects Black to believe that every suspicious delay is completely innocent.
Black tries to stay strong, but even the toughest cat gets tired of waiting.
She looks at Madam and quietly says that she no longer knows where to place her heart. Yellow may call it freedom, but to Black, it feels more like being forgotten.
Maybe It Is Time for a New Life
Madam listens carefully and offers a different idea.
Perhaps Black should stop watching the wall, stop waiting for Yellow, and start thinking about her own life. She could travel, discover new places, meet new people, and enjoy a world that does not require constant investigation.
For a moment, Black imagines it.
No suspicious perfume.
No late-night excuses.
No wine bar Madam.
No Yellow returning at dawn with another impossible story.
The idea feels peaceful.
Perhaps she really could leave everything behind and begin again.
A Trip, a New Place, a New Destiny
Madam encourages her further.
Travel has a strange way of changing people. A new road can bring a new mood, a new life, and perhaps even a new destiny.
Black begins to look interested.
Maybe somewhere beyond the neighborhood there is a quiet sofa, a reliable dinner, and a cat who does not use the phrase “private business” every time he disappears.
For the first time in a long while, Black seems ready to choose herself.
Yellow can wander wherever he wants.
Black may finally do the same.
Then Black Remembers Yellow
But just as Black begins planning her new life, one troubling thought appears.
If she leaves, Yellow will be alone.
Completely alone.
Unsupervised.
No one will watch the wall.
No one will question the lipstick.
No one will check where he slept.
And no one will stop him from visiting the wine bar alley every evening.
Black’s peaceful travel dream suddenly becomes a security crisis.
The Trip Is Officially Cancelled
Black turns back to Madam and asks the question that destroys the entire plan:
“Wait… if I leave, what kind of woman is going to be happy about that?”
Madam says nothing.
She does not need to.
Black already knows the answer. Somewhere near the wine bar, at least one woman would probably celebrate the moment Black packed her bag.
The new life can wait.
The new destiny can wait.
Even the peaceful sofa can wait.
Black has more urgent work to do.
Yellow must not be left unsupervised.
